Gantry robot serving stretching machine
The system feeds with plates to be ironed a STRETCHER machine placed in a hole.
The loading and unloading robot is composed of a load-bearing structure that constitutes the path of 2 robots with linear axes, alternately used for loading and unloading plates to be machined.
Each robot is provided with gripper with suckers that adapts in length to the length of the plate to be positioned in the jaws of the STRETCHER machine. The supply includes a group of 4 shuttles, 2 groups of 2 overlapping shuttles, which carry rough plates and worked plates between the working area of the robots and the work area of the operators. The speed in loading and unloading operations makes the STRETCHER machine highly productive.
