GANTRY ROBOT SERVING AUTOMATIC SAW

The system is made up of 2 units, one for loading packs of plates on an inlet roller conveyor and a system for unloading the plates from the roller conveyor to exit the saw.
The loading robot loads the plate pack normally of maximum length while the unloading robot unloads the packs of plates cut from the maximum length package. The robots cover a large area both in and out to allow the placement of multiple packages.
Each robot is made up of two arms, both provided with mechanical grippers that automatically adapt to the length of the packs to be handled; the mechanical grippers do not damage the surface of the plates.
The speed in loading and unloading operations makes the jigsaw highly productive.
